Our story

Born from a love of good food
and better days.

Moloca was born from a simple belief: that a great day begins with a great coffee and ends with the last drink worth staying for. We opened in Adeje, Tenerife, because this is a place where the light is generous and the pace allows for things that matter — long breakfasts, honest conversations, and food made with real intention.

Our kitchen is led by a team that believes in ingredients over technique, in seasonal over formulaic, and in the kind of hospitality that makes every guest feel like a regular. From the sourdough baked every morning to the sharing boards served late into the evening, everything on the table has been thought about.

Moloca is not just a coffee shop that serves brunch. It is an all-day destination — from the first espresso to the last drink. We built it for the people who want to stay, not just pass through.

How we work

Everything we do is designed around one idea: that a place should change with the day, not stay the same. We open with coffee and close with cocktails. The menu shifts with the season. The terrace comes alive as the sun moves. We are here all day, and we mean it.
